  • You agree and acknowledge that TOP PEST ADVISOR is only an aggregator of service providers. Though we take utmost care in collecting information of PEST CONTROL VENDORS, still we may have missed out any information unknowingly, and/or VENDORS have not have shared the correct and all information with the website.
  • Hence if any dispute/injury/illness/damage arises, you release us (and our directors, employees, agents, investors and subsidiaries) from any or all claims, demands, or losses (actual or consequential) of every kind & nature, disclosed/ undisclosed, known/ unknown, suspected/unsuspected, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
  • The Top Pest Control shall have no liability for any failure to provide or delay in delivering the Pest Control/Bird Control Services. It’s entirely between the client and the vendor as we are just an aggregator platform whereby we are providing you about the vendor list in one place.
  • In the event any complaints or if the client is dissatisfied with any pest control/bird control services, you shall take such measures as may be required to resolve the same at your own discrepancy, we are not liable to entertain or involve in any communication that takes place between the client and the vendor.
  • Top Pest Advisor will not be liable for any loss that a client may incur as a consequence of unauthorized use of their account or account information in connection with the website or any services or materials, either with or without your knowledge.

Vendor Panel

  • The vendor shall cooperate with the Top Pest Advisor and provide all information as the Top Pest Advisor shall reasonably require enabling it, to be a registered vendor of their platform.
  • The vendor will not impersonate anyone to deliver services or can send someone on his behalf until the client has agreed to it.
  • The vendor shall be responsible for informing, updating the client about the cancellation of the scheduled visit and Top Pest Advisor shall not be liable for the same in any manner.
  • Vendor shall be solely responsible for the accuracy of all information given by you about the nature of pest treatment, the ingredients(Herbal or chemical in ature) used in products Further to, validity of the prices and any other charges incurred and/or additional information relating to the pest control which are offered by you.
  • Also, vendors at the Top Pest Advisers website are strictly prohibited from engaging in any indecent communication with clients, but for any discord between the client and the vendor, we are not responsible for it.
  • Violations of our policy may result in a range of actions, including termination of services.
  • TPA reserves the right to suspend or end the services of pest control services provider at any time, with or without cause or notice. For, e.g. we may suspend or terminate your use, if you are not complying with our policy, in any way that would cause us legal liability or disrupt others use of the services.
  • Incase we suspend or terminate your use, we will try to let you know in advance, though there may be some cases (for ex., flagrantly or repeatedly violating our terms & conditions, or posing a danger to other users) where we may suspend the account immediately.
  • And, if you are a registered TPA user, you may review, update, correct or delete your personal information provided in your account profile by changing your "account settings" and in some cases, we may retain copies of your given information if required by law.

The User(Client & Vendor), hereby consents, expresses and agrees that she/he has read and fully understands the terms of conditions of TOP PEST ADVISOR in respect of the website. The Terms and Conditions of TOP PEST ADVISOR PLATFORM are subject to change without any prior notice.
